We are a full-service digital agency dedicated to creating great customer experiences for the fitness and wellbeing industry. Our team understands how to deliver solutions which get straight to the heart of the problems faced by our customers.
Our story
LeisureLabs was founded in 2022 by Alex Peacock and Charles Njoku with the aim of improving lives through technology. Since then, we’ve built a team of 40+ engineers, designers, product experts and project management professionals who dedicate themselves to shaping the future of fitness and wellness brands. We do this through great partnerships with leading software platforms, as well as constant process and technology innovation.

Our leadership team
Alex has over 20 years of experience in the fitness technology industry, having served as CEO of Netpulse (acquired by EGYM in 2018) and Chief Commercial Officer at SweatWorks. Before Netpulse, he led Zoom Media’s European operations for a decade.
Charles has 20+ years experience delivering innovative technology solutions at enterprise scale, he has also served as a VP at Netpulse and EGYM, crafting custom mobile applications for the world’s leading fitness brands as well as having held various leadership roles in other technology startups.
Amy is a seasoned digital product development and marketing expert, with 12+ years shaping strategies in retail, ed-tech and health & fitness. She brings insights from roles at David Lloyd Leisure, SweatWorks, Lasagna, Netpulse, and EGYM.
