Introducing Connect: A Smarter Way to Build Digital Capability

Connect

The fitness, leisure and wellness industry is under increasing pressure to deliver sophisticated, personalised digital experiences — while operating within complex technology environments made up of multiple platforms, suppliers and legacy systems.

Today, LeisureLabs announces the launch of Connect, a new sister company created to address that challenge head-on.

Headquartered in the UK and operating globally, Connect has been established as a legally separate and operationally independent business, strategically aligned with LeisureLabs. Its focus is clear: to develop and deliver enterprise-grade digital products that integrate with existing platforms, scale across complex environments, and reduce the duplication and friction that slow progress across the industry.

Moving Beyond One-Off Builds & Fragmented Systems

Across fitness, leisure and wellness, organisations are repeatedly forced into the same trade-offs. Bespoke builds can deliver differentiation but often come with high cost, long timelines and long-term risk. Off-the-shelf platforms can accelerate delivery but may struggle to adapt, integrate or scale as requirements evolve.

Connect has been created to offer a different approach.

Unlike traditional one-off builds or standalone platforms, Connect operates around a shared delivery model that allows learning from each deployment to inform the next. This enables operators to avoid repeatedly solving the same problems in isolation, while benefiting from solutions that improve through real-world use.

For current and prospective customers, this means:

  • Faster routes to market without sacrificing integration quality
  • Reduced duplication across digital initiatives
  • Technology that evolves over time rather than being rebuilt with every new project
  • Greater confidence in long-term scalability and maintainability

Leadership Built for Enterprise Delivery

Connect is led by Danny Woods, appointed CEO with immediate effect. Danny works alongside Alex Peacock and Charles Njoku, bringing together a leadership team with deep, shared experience delivering enterprise technology within the fitness and leisure sector.

This combination of operational leadership and product delivery expertise underpins Connect’s focus on outcomes, reliability and long-term value — priorities that matter most to enterprise operators.

Proven Products, Built in Partnership

Connect launches with a growing portfolio of enterprise-ready products, including LeisureWise, an AI-powered recommendations platform developed by LeisureLabs to support more personalised, data-driven member experiences.

LeisureWise was developed in partnership with South Downs Leisure and Abbeycroft Leisure, and is already live with both operators.

Early pilots have demonstrated:

  • Strong engagement and booking intent, with more than 85% of members who explored AI-driven recommendations clicking through to book
  • End-to-end conversion rates of up to 33%, from recommendation to booking

For operators, this provides tangible evidence that AI-enabled capability can be introduced into existing digital environments in a way that drives real behaviour change — without requiring wholesale platform replacement.

What This Means for Operators

As operators across fitness, leisure and wellness look to modernise digital experiences, the challenge is no longer just about adopting new technology — it’s about doing so without increasing complexity or long-term risk.

Connect has been created to support that shift.

By delivering enterprise products designed to integrate, scale and evolve, and by applying learning across deployments rather than resetting with each initiative, Connect enables organisations to build digital capability with greater confidence, clarity and control.

Connect is now live.
