Welcoming Jessica Ballard to LeisureLabs as Our New Business Consultant

As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the fitness and leisure industry through digital innovation, we’re excited to welcome Jessica Ballard to the LeisureLabs team as our newest Business Consultant.

Jessica brings with her a wealth of experience in technology-led transformation, having worked across a range of sectors including government, healthcare, and the not-for-profit space. Her most recent work has focused on the health and wellness sector, where she has supported organisations in areas such as health promotion, prevention, and digital engagement. Her deep understanding of how technology can drive both operational improvement and community impact makes her a great fit for our work at LeisureLabs.

Jessica joins us from MinterEllison Technology Consulting, where she played a leading role in numerous transformation initiatives. One standout project involved a complete overhaul of a public health reporting system, which not only boosted engagement by 10% but also introduced over 50 new preventative and general health measures. Her expertise spans IT strategy, governance, procurement, benchmarking, and business process optimisation. More importantly, she brings a passion for helping organisations evolve beyond disruption and achieve meaningful, lasting digital change.

At LeisureLabs, Jessica will focus on supporting our clients across the UK as they modernise their operations and build customer-centred, future-ready digital strategies. Her appointment reflects our growing presence in the UK and our continued investment in strengthening the sector through smarter, more inclusive technology solutions.

Tiffeny Gould, Senior Business Consultant at LeisureLabs, shared her enthusiasm about the appointment:
“We’re thrilled to welcome Jess to the LeisureLabs team. She brings a wealth of experience in digital transformation and strategic delivery across public and third-sector organisations. Her expertise in designing and implementing programmes that connect communities through more inclusive and impactful services will be invaluable to our clients.”

Jessica is equally excited to be joining the team and stepping into the UK market after relocating from Brisbane:
“I’m delighted to be joining the incredible team at LeisureLabs. I’m passionate about helping organisations thrive through digital transformation, and I’m excited to work with clients in the fitness and wellness sector to drive meaningful change—both within their organisations and in improving the health of our population.”

We’re excited to have Jessica on board and look forward to the fresh perspective and expertise she brings as we continue to help operators shape the future of digital in fitness and leisure.
