LeisureLabs founder appointed to ukactive Supplier Council

Alex Peacock, LeisureLabs co-founder, has been appointed to the ukactive Supplier Council for a three year term.  Reporting to the ukactive Board, the Council is the formal voice of the huge array of suppliers across the sector and is appointed by members’ vote.

The 12 Council members each represent a different area of specialism, working together to advise on some of the major questions facing the industry, and to further ukactive’s mission to improve the health of the nation by getting more people, more active, more often.  In his role, Alex will represent the UK’s Fitness Technology Suppliers.

“I have dedicated my career to the advancement of the fitness and physical activity sector through the use of technology, and founded LeisureLabs with the sole purpose of helping operators across the public and private sectors get the most out of their digital systems,” said Alex Peacock.  “As an independent technology partner for many of the UK’s leading brands, I believe that we are uniquely positioned to represent the entire ecosystem of digital suppliers in driving the industry forward.  I am honoured to have been selected for the Supplier Council and look forward to contributing to the continued growth and success of our sector as part of this group.”
